Check-in is the time when participants personally confirm their participation in the event. This action takes place on Friday, from 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM, in front of the convention center.
Late Check-in is held on Saturday at 7:00 AM for players who were unable to check in on Friday. For all other event participants, it begins at 8:00 AM.
After successful check-in, participants will receive a wristband that grants them access to the event on Saturday. The difference between check-in and late check-in is that the latter is the final opportunity for competitors to register and confirm their in-person participation in the tournament.
To successfully check in, participants must report to the convention center and present an official photo ID. For Mexican participants, a passport, INE (Mexican Identity Card), or driver’s license are valid. For foreign participants, the only valid document is a passport.
Minors must be accompanied by their guardians to check in personally. Guardians must also present an official photo ID.

The competitor kit is delivered to all competitors who appear in person to compete. It includes a promotional playmat and a promotional event card. All participants (competitors, parents, and spectators) can purchase official products at guest shops, participate in casual and competitive tournaments called Side Events, or learn to play TCG in the “First Steps” area.
There will also be a local broadcast for all participants to watch.

If a competitor has reduced mobility or a health issue, they can request a fixed table so they do not need to move during the tournament. We recommend making this request during check-in, but it can be requested at any time during the event. If the event has already started, you can request it from the Hive team, and the table will be allocated for the next round.
-
